What a great qualification!
We are very proud to have qualified for the Top Company Seal 2023. With this, we have taken a big step toward becoming a strong employer brand. This award helps us, as a medium-sized company, to present ourselves as an attractive and authentic employer.
But what is also very clear is that no employer is perfect. Therefore, a score of 5.0 should not be the goal for us as ALR. We want to be reviewed honestly and critically and the Kununu ratings are an important piece of the puzzle to complete the overall picture. We want this recognition to reflect the satisfaction of our employees and use the constructive feedback to work on us and grow.
