After my bachelor’s degree, I initially decided to work for a larger tax consulting firm, but after a while I realized that the activities were becoming too one-sided for me and that I needed an employer as a partner for my part-time master’s degree, including completion of the tax consultant exam, who would challenge and support me.
So ALR caught my eye directly. A medium-sized firm, not too small and not too big and with the possibility to dive into tax consulting and auditing. In the application process, it made a personal and appreciative impression on me right away.
My onboarding took place on the first three days. On the first day, I was shown the premises again and the day consisted mostly of general information. On the second and third day, I was shown the IT. Looking back, that was a lot of input, even though I already knew the software beforehand. Nevertheless, when entering the daily business, I could always think back and tie in with the onboarding. And if that wasn’t possible, there was always a contact person to be found.
