Balancing family and career is not easy and needs a strategy. My strategy was to find the employer who focuses on precisely these issues.

I joined ALR Treuhand GmbH as a mother of two children and with a structured family life. The family-conscious working hours were particularly important to me in order to organize everyday life in such a way that not only my personal professional development is promoted, but also my family is not neglected.

I am happy to have found the flexible employer in ALR, whereby there may be spontaneous appointments, earlier closing times, excursions with the children during the week. The times are of course compensated for by sometimes having a longer working day. But one hand always washes the other.

Of course, self-organization plays an enormous role when combining work and family. However, the fullest understanding and accommodation on the part of employers like ALR is very much worth it.
