Hi, I’m Natia and I’ve been working at ALR as an audit and tax assistant since October. Starting with a Bavarian breakfast on my first day of work, I felt well taken care of at ALR from the very beginning. The induction process was carried out in structured steps that gave me a great deal of personal security and allowed me to quickly acquire initial skills. In the first week, I was trained by my colleagues, and I was always able to rely on their collegiality and willingness to help.
Thanks to the learning videos and the associated manuals, I was able to quickly familiarize myself with DATEV and AP Comfort. In addition, after a few months I was able to enjoy online training at IDW.
Furthermore, there are instructive “Friday Dialogues” every month, which are moderated by experienced tax and auditors from our firm. Numerous further training measures give me the positive feeling of a constantly growing know-how.
In conclusion, ALR has given me all the tools I need to successfully start my professional life, I really appreciate that. Thank you!
