We know that colleagues with professional experience have different needs than a young professional. Life changes and this is true not only in professional but also in private life. With us, you can decide for yourself whether you want to work full-time or part-time. And regardless of the working time model, we have full overtime compensation from the 1st overtime hour through an annual working time account. We have set our availability for our clients from 09:00 – 16:00, so that we meet our service requirements on the one hand, but a lso the work-life concept on the other hand. We changed the working time model some time ago and, to be honest, we are doing very well with it for all parties.
